Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Close Quarter Survival (CQS) Shop. If something isn’t right, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
It must be returned in the original packaging
Proof of purchase is required (e.g. receipt or order confirmation)

We reserve the right to inspect the item before approving a return.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Used gear or equipment
Training-related digital products or downloads
Customised or personalised items (e.g. engraved gear), custom orders.

Partial Refunds

We may offer partial refunds if:

The returned item is not in its original condition
It is damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
The return request was made after the 7-day return window

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Double-check your bank account
Contact your credit card provider
Contact your bank (some processing delays are normal)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted from the total
