At CQS CONCEPTS, (Close Quarter Survival Store) we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

 

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, shipping generally takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier selected at checkout.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Delivery Areas

We currently only deliver within South Africa. If you’d like to arrange international delivery, please contact us directly at closequartersurvival@gmail.com before placing your order.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
In some cases, free shipping may be offered as a promotion or for orders over a certain value (details shown at checkout if applicable).

 

Delays or Issues

We do our best to get your order to you on time. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by external factors (e.g. load shedding, weather, labour strikes, Hi-Jackings, courier delays).

If you haven’t received your tracking info or your parcel within 7 working days, please email us at closequartersurvival@gmail.com we’ll gladly assist.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us immediately at closequartersurvival@gmail.com We’ll work with you and the courier to resolve the issue.
